1. ACCEPTANCE OF TERMS
Welcome to WyrdRyds.
By accessing this website or purchasing any product from WyrdRyds (“Company,” “we,” “us,” “our”), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service and Liability Waiver (“Terms”).
By checking the agreement box at checkout, you acknowledge that this constitutes a legally binding agreement equivalent to a signed contract.

2. ELIGIBILITY

- Electric scooters
- Electric dirt bikes
- Batteries, chargers, and accessories
- anything listed on our website under, PMT TIRES, ELECTRIC DIRT BIKES, PERSONAL ELETRIC VEHICLES, NAMI SPARE PARTS, ACCESSORIES, SAFETY & GEAR
4. ASSUMPTION OF RISK
WyrdRyds products are high-performance electric vehicles intended for recreational and/or transportation use. You understand and acknowledge that their use involves inherent and significant risks, including but not limited to:
- Loss of control and crashes
- Collisions with vehicles, objects, or pedestrians
- Mechanical or electrical failure
- Hazardous terrain or road conditions
- Serious injury, permanent disability, or death
You voluntarily and knowingly assume all risks associated with the use, misuse, or operation of any WyrdRyds product.
5. USER RESPONSIBILITY
You agree that you are solely responsible for:
- Operating your WyrdRyds product safely and responsibly
- Obeying all applicable local, state, and federal laws
- Wearing appropriate protective gear (helmet strongly recommended)
- Inspecting and maintaining your product before each use
- Using the product only as intended
WyrdRyds is not responsible for user negligence.
6. BATTERY & FIRE SAFETY
WyrdRyds products may contain lithium-ion batteries, which can be hazardous if improperly handled.
You agree to:
- Use only WyrdRyds-approved chargers
- Never leave charging batteries unattended
- Avoid extreme temperatures and water exposure
- Discontinue use of damaged batteries immediately
Failure to follow these instructions may result in fire, explosion, or serious injury.
7. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY
To the fullest extent permitted by law, WyrdRyds shall not be liable for any:
- Indirect, incidental, or consequential damages
- Personal injury or death
- Property damage
- Financial losses, including lost profits or use
arising out of or related to the use or inability to use any product.
8. RELEASE AND WAIVER OF LIABILITY
By purchasing and/or using WyrdRyds products, you hereby release, waive, and discharge WyrdRyds and its owners, officers, employees, affiliates, and partners from any and all claims, liabilities, damages, or causes of action arising out of:
- Use or misuse of any product
- Failure to follow instructions, warnings, or laws
- Participation in riding activities
This release applies to the maximum extent allowed by law.
9. PRODUCT MODIFICATIONS
Any modification, customization, or alteration of a WyrdRyds product:
- Voids all warranties
- May increase risk of injury or death
- Is performed entirely at your own risk
10. WARRANTY DISCLAIMER

Any dispute arising out of or relating to these Terms or WyrdRyds products shall be resolved through binding arbitration in Virginia, except where prohibited by law.
16. SEVERABILITY
If any provision of these Terms is found unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall remain valid and enforceable.
17. ENTIRE AGREEMENT
These Terms constitute the entire agreement between you and WyrdRyds regarding use of the website and products.
