The E Ride Pro SR combines a 25kW peak motor with a swappable 72V Samsung-cell battery for demanding off-road riding. Its chassis and adjustable sport suspension are designed to support responsive handling through technical trails and open terrain.
Choose Your Riding Configuration
Long-seat and short-seat versions are offered with either a 19-inch front/18-inch rear or 19-inch front/16-inch rear wheel setup. Select the variant that matches the rider’s fit and intended terrain. Battery range depends on speed, rider weight and conditions; slower test-speed figures should not be treated as a promise for aggressive trail riding.

Manufacturer warranty: One-year coverage is subject to the manufacturer’s terms and exclusions. See our Warranty Policy below for support.
Shipping out of state is via flat rate freight for $450. Local delivery within a 25-mile radius for $350 assembled or $150 unassembled. Pickup from either location assembled for an additional $180 or unassembled at no additional cost.
Please note: A 5% cancellation fee applies to all orders. Returns are not accepted once the item has shipped. Financing, Affirm or installment payments carry an additional 7.99% fee, billed after checkout. Discount codes cannot be used; orders using them will be canceled.
Order processing:
Orders are typically processed within ~2 hours of being placed.
Sorting & preparation:
Your order then moves to a sorting and fulfillment facility, where it’s prepared and quality-checked within 1–2 business days.
Shipping transit time:
Once shipped, delivery typically takes 2–6 business days nationwide, depending on your location and shipping method.
We ship via UPS, FedEx, USPS, and freight carriers.
Freight shipments:
Larger scooters and ebikes may ship via freight using private trucking carriers. Freight delivery operates differently than standard parcel shipping — this allows us to move heavier items safely and securely.
Shipping timelines may vary slightly during peak or holiday seasons, but we always prioritize safe handling and proper packaging to ensure your order arrives in great condition.
