The E Ride Pro SS 2.0 combines a swappable 72V battery with a 12kW peak electric motor for off-road riding. Its responsive power delivery and adjustable sport suspension provide a platform for riders exploring trails and varied terrain.
Power & Off-Road Setup
The battery, motor and controller work together to deliver electric acceleration without a gasoline engine. Adjustable suspension allows the rider to tailor the setup to terrain and preference. E Ride PRO Warranty
E Ride Pro Inc. is pleased to offer a limited one-year or 1,000 miles (whichever comes first) warranty on all new electric off-road motorcycles (“Product”) sold by our authorized dealers or directly through our official website. This warranty is valid from the date of purchase by the original owner and is non-transferable.
What is Covered
The Company will, at its discretion, repair or replace any components of the Product that are found to be defective in materials or workmanship during the warranty period. This includes but is not limited to the frame, motor, battery, and other major components. The Company will provide these repair or replacement services free of charge.
Warranty Exclusions
Normal Wear and Tear: This warranty does not cover normal wear and tear or damage resulting from accidents, misuse, neglect, improper maintenance, or unauthorized modifications.
Batteries: The warranty for the battery is subject to a gradual capacity reduction, which is considered normal, and it is not covered unless the capacity drops below 70% of its original capacity within the warranty period.
Consumables: Items that are expected to wear out over time, such as tires, brake pads, and suspension components, are not covered under this warranty.
Third-Party Accessories: Any third-party accessories or components not supplied by the Company are not covered by this warranty.
Please note: A 5% cancellation fee applies to all orders. Returns are not accepted once the item has shipped. Financing, Affirm or installment payments carry an additional 7.99% fee, billed after checkout. Discount codes cannot be used; orders using them will be canceled.
Shipping out of state is via flat rate freight for $450. Local delivery within a 25-mile radius for $350 assembled or $150 unassembled. Pickup assembled for an additional $180 or unassembled at no additional cost. Discount codes cannot be used; orders using them will be canceled.
