The E Ride Pro 4.0 brings an 18kW peak motor and swappable 72V battery to an off-road chassis with adjustable sport suspension. Its design focuses on power delivery, handling and rider customization for changing terrain.
Rider Fit & Adjustable Setup
Choose the long-seat or short-seat configuration to suit your preferred riding position. Adjustable suspension helps tailor the bike’s setup to the rider and terrain. Manufacturer range estimates depend on test speed: the advertised 100+ miles is measured at 15 mph, while 64+ miles is stated at 25 mph. Actual range varies with rider weight, terrain and conditions.

Manufacturer warranty: One-year coverage is subject to the manufacturer’s terms and exclusions. See our Warranty Policy below for support.
Shipping out of state is via flat rate freight for $450. Local delivery within a 25-mile radius for $350 assembled or $150 unassembled. Pickup from either location assembled for an additional $180 or unassembled at no additional cost.
Please note: A 5% cancellation fee applies to all orders. Returns are not accepted once the item has shipped. Financing, Affirm or installment payments carry an additional 7.99% fee, billed after checkout. Discount codes cannot be used; orders using them will be canceled.
Order processing:
Orders are typically processed within ~2 hours of being placed.
Sorting & preparation:
Your order then moves to a sorting and fulfillment facility, where it’s prepared and quality-checked within 1–2 business days.
Shipping transit time:
Once shipped, delivery typically takes 2–6 business days nationwide, depending on your location and shipping method.
We ship via UPS, FedEx, USPS, and freight carriers.
Freight shipments:
Larger scooters and ebikes may ship via freight using private trucking carriers. Freight delivery operates differently than standard parcel shipping — this allows us to move heavier items safely and securely.
Shipping timelines may vary slightly during peak or holiday seasons, but we always prioritize safe handling and proper packaging to ensure your order arrives in great condition.
